RayuCode — Local Payment Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to subscriptions purchased through local payment methods, including KHQR, on RayuCode.

1. Payment and Activation

Payments must be completed using the local payment methods offered at checkout, including KHQR where available.
A subscription is activated after RayuCode verifies the payment successfully.
Customers must pay the amount displayed at checkout. The applicable plan, discounts, and promotional codes will be shown before payment confirmation.
A receipt will be issued after successful payment verification.

RayuCode subscriptions purchased through local payment methods do not renew automatically.

Your subscription remains active for the period specified in your receipt or subscription details.
When your subscription expires, you must manually renew it to continue using paid subscription benefits.
To renew, visit RayuCode, select your preferred subscription plan again, and complete a new payment using an available local payment method.
No automatic payment will be initiated when your subscription expires.
You are responsible for renewing your subscription before or after expiration, depending on when you wish to continue using paid features.
If you do not renew, paid subscription benefits may be suspended or become unavailable after the subscription expires, according to RayuCode’s service rules.

Promotional codes must be valid and applied during checkout.
Discounts are subject to the applicable promotion’s terms, eligibility requirements, and expiration date.
A promotional discount applies only to the transaction for which it was accepted, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
Unless explicitly stated, a promotional discount does not guarantee the same price for future renewals.
RayuCode may reject invalid, expired, or ineligible promotional codes.

Credits are granted after successful payment verification, according to the selected plan and receipt.
Credits are used to access eligible RayuCode AI services and features.
Credit usage, validity, monthly resets, and expiration are subject to the credit policy displayed by RayuCode.
Subscription expiration may affect access to paid features, even if some unused credits remain, as specified in the applicable plan and credit policy.

A payment is considered successful only after it has been verified by RayuCode or its payment provider.
A screenshot or payment notification alone does not guarantee subscription activation.
If money has been deducted but your subscription is not activated, contact support with your receipt number and payment reference.
Do not make another payment until you have checked the transaction status or contacted support, where reasonably possible.

Refund requests are reviewed according to RayuCode’s published refund policy and applicable law.
Duplicate payments, incorrectly processed transactions, and verified payment errors may be investigated.
Contact support and provide your receipt number and payment reference when reporting a payment issue.
Nothing in these terms removes any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Each verified transaction receives a unique receipt number.
Receipts record relevant transaction details, which may include the selected plan, payment amount, discount, credits granted, payment method, payment reference, and subscription period.
The receipt records the transaction completed; it does not mean that future renewals have been scheduled.

The price and benefits applicable to a purchase are those confirmed at checkout, subject to applicable law.
RayuCode may update its plans, features, or prices for future purchases.
Any changes to existing subscriptions will be handled in accordance with applicable terms and law.
